Hello,
upon opening the EBP BUDGET personal 2014 folder (which I have normally been using since that date)
today no account is available anymore, and I can't restore it (my backups are on the PC and also on a USB key)

Hello,
If after trying everything, reinstalling EBP Budget Perso, restoring to an earlier state, etc. without success, you could try uninstalling EBP and installing the free software Finances 2003, which is the "ancestor" of EBP and might be able to read your account files.
Before embarking on this attempt, make sure to back up your account files and keep them in a safe place.
