Hello,
Please, I have a Samsung J7 Prime (2017)
When I charge it, its battery does not go above 87% or 89%, it rarely reaches 100%, really rarely!
I wanted to know if this problem has a solution, please
P.S.: I don't have a battery issue, like it doesn't drain quickly or abnormally.

Hi,
Have you ever had your smartphone shut off because the battery dropped to 0%?
Do you often charge your smartphone up to 100% when its battery goes below 20%?
If you answered yes to either of these questions, and if this has happened to you often, then there is a battery issue due to improper usage. However, we cannot blame you because these contraindications are rarely mentioned in smartphone documentation.
A li-ion battery doesn’t like being empty or being charged fully. It prefers to operate between 40% and 80%, and while it doesn’t mind functioning outside of this range, it enjoys several small charges.
