Excel / Create a "Print This Page" Button

Question

Hello,

Is there a solution to create a "button" that users can click to print the corresponding page?

In my opinion, there seems to be some "macro" involved... I know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it, so if anyone has a "ready-to-use" solution, I am all ears.

Hi,it's true that you need to create a macro but this can be made very easy with the recording of actions without going through the programming of code.To do this, go to Tools --> Macro --> Record a Macro.As soon as you start recording (as soon as the "Stop Recording" window appears)you perform the following actions:File --> Print --> Print Area: Selection --> OKThen:you click on the "Stop Recording" window and name it "Print"Finally:Tools --> Customize --> (Toolbar tab) Addyou add the "Print" function that you will find in your macros.And now in your toolbar, you have a "Print" command that corresponds to printing the current page.This corresponds to what you are asking for.Otherwise, you can always record all the actions you want and make a button in the toolbar using the same method.That's it,Good luck--science without conscience is just the ruin of the soul!

I just tried to download Microsoft Word since it disappeared from my HP

and in the end, well yes, it downloaded some stuff, but nothing to do with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I think it's more like download data than anything else, so I'm very sad because I really need to be able to access what I've written again

Before creating your button: know that macros are not so complicated for this kind of use.

Go to tools=>macro=>new macro
at this point, all your manipulations will be recorded. Then perform your print manipulation and click on the stop square of the macro
To run your macro, create a button for example with the drawing tools and right click => assign a macro=> select the macro you created.

I want to create a button of the same style but to increment the value of a cell with each click. In this case, we can't record the macro? How can we do it?  Thank you in advance.

Hello

I created my macro using the macro recording module in Excel because I wanted to print it on a specific network printer (color laser) while our local printer is in black and white.
My problem is that I would like to specify in cell a1 the number of copies to make and I don't know how to do that.
