Deblurring a video

Please I need to unblur a video hiding a part of the body, particularly a mole. Please let me know what to do to remove the Gaussian noise from this video.

    Hello, my opinion is that applying an effect or modification to a finalized photo or video file is destructive, so there is no possibility of repair.
