Hello,

I just bought a Samsung A31 necessary for my work, but the problem is that I can't get the Alonwap app to work. Despite all my attempts, the app won't open; it asks me for geolocation, and yet it's active. Please help me.
Configuration: Android / Chrome 80.0.3987.99

Hello,

Apparently, this is an application (AlonWa or AlonWapp) intended for African countries, used for the maintenance of the Canal network. From what I understand, it should operate in synchronization with a version for computers.

This application is therefore not used in France at all, and it will be difficult for you to get assistance.

Yes, Canal + uses this app, but some of my colleagues are already using it. I am in Gabon, Central Africa. I wanted to confirm whether it's my phone that is not compatible; otherwise, I activated the geolocation but nothing works. I'm trying to understand if there's another shortcut. Given that everything worked with my Samsung Core Prime.

Make sure the GPS function of your smartphone works well with an app like GPS Status.
Also check in Settings > Applications the permissions granted to this app.
Your smartphone is new; I don't think there could be any compatibility issues.
