    Hello,

    1) I assume you have checked in the keyboard settings that the predictive text is enabled. If not, click on the settings gear (at the bottom of the keyboard).

    2) Use another keyboard.
    You can use Google's Gboard. Download it from the Play Store if you don't have it.
    To activate it, go to the smartphone's Settings, then to Global Management and then Language and Input. You will change the Default keyboard.

    In the same way, go to the keyboard settings, then to Text Correction. Make sure everything is checked (except for "Auto space after punctuation").

    If it still doesn't work, restart the smartphone.
