Precomposition issue with layers

Hello
I'm new to After Effects and I'm having a problem when I want to pre-compose layers: it moves my selected layers out of the original composition and then crops my group of layers. I imagine there's an issue with the anchor points, but I don't understand which one. Does anyone have an idea?

    Could you include screenshots and also show your layers, including those that you precompose?

    Hello,

    You need to open your precomposition
    Go to the composition settings
    And increase its size

    If your base comp is 1920x1080 pixels, set your precomp to at least twice as large

    So in your base comp, the precomposition that is "cropped" will no longer be since it is natively larger than the base comp
