Hello,

I bought a Sharp TV today and every 5 minutes there is a message saying "your television is about to turn off" with a list on the left side of the screen (see photo). I have disabled the sleep mode and everything, I don't understand...
Can you please help me?

    Good evening,

    It would not be useless to provide us with the exact reference of this Sharp TV, not something like "Sharp 81 cm", but rather like this: "SHARP 32BC4E", otherwise no one will be able to guide you on the actions to take ;-)

    Hi Johanna,

    Unfortunately, I couldn't find the user manual for your TV. I even tried for another model (50BL2EA) and found nothing either, not even on the Sharp website. It's frustrating; it seems like a secret, no PDF online, nada.

    You'll have to wait for someone who has a similar model to discover all the functions to guide you in permanently disabling the standby mode.

    Or you could contact the store where you bought your TV and ask them for explanations.
