Issue with the poll option on my Facebook page

Hello,

I want to post a poll (with gifs) on my Facebook page. I am preparing my poll in the "publishing tools" tab of my page, and when I go to publish it, a message appears: "an error occurred." I have been trying every day for a week now and with different browsers: the problem is still there. Thank you for your help!

Configuration: Macintosh / Chrome 85.0.4183.83

Me too, have you found a solution? In private or public groups it works, but on the professional page it’s grayed out...

Idem for me. I can get to the point of publishing where "An error has occurred. We are working to fix it as soon as possible." is displayed.
