Programming a taxi counter app?

Hello, I wanted to create an app that looks like a taxi meter on Android, but I have no idea how this kind of application is made

My goal is to create a Uber-type app but that is linked to an online taxi meter .. if you see the concept

So an app for taxi meters like the ones taxis use.

It meters the ride, you switch it on and then on the way it records the kilometers and the fares as it’s programmed to do.

There is one called Taaximetre.

Me, I want and I visualize in my head the creation of a startup that resembles Uber but, in addition there is this pricing on the phones.

Instead of the classic ride estimations that Uber does.

But I don’t know how to develop an app that does the taxi meter work while integrating with an Uber clone.

Rather than the user closing the main app and opening the meter’s app, I want the two to be together.
