Skillkorp Monitor

Hello, I have an issue with my computer screen. It’s a Skillkorp SKP_E5-24. In the menu, it is possible to select the port. I was on the HDMI port. While playing with the settings, I accidentally changed the port, I don't know which one, but now nothing displays on the screen. I can't get back into the menu and therefore don't know how to get the HDMI port working again.

Does anyone know how to reset the monitor or reopen the menu?
