Scanning issues with Konica Minolta printer.

Hello, we recently bought a Konica Minolta Bizhub photocopier printer/scanner for my company, this "printer" is network-connected, and all the computers detect it and can print on it,
However, the scanner doesn't work, it is not detected by any PC, even after reinstalling the drivers several times, so it's impossible to scan a file, on the screen of the Konica in "scanner mode" we only see one PC,
I searched on Google, but I can't find anything that helps me (so please avoid "go on Google" or "Google is your friend" ;) )
