Hello,

I recently purchased Powerbeats Pro earbuds online.
The problem is that after about 3 hours of listening, I hear a sound that probably indicates the earbud is out of charge. But it turns out that the Powerbeats Pro are supposed to have a 10-hour battery life. So I’m not really sure why I’m hearing this sound. Sometimes in one ear, sometimes in the other. I have to let them charge fully before I can use them without hearing this noise after 15 minutes...

In fact, even when fully charged, I hear this noise. The phone connects to the headphones, I hear the noise and the Bluetooth disconnects. I really don't know what to do.
