lo resolvi (I fix it up) it's a virus...
Solution: you have to terminate the process "taskmg.exe" , that is close to "taskmgr.exe", this one is the real windows process... then you have to open a command prompt (cmd) and type:
cd %systemroot%\system32\ (enter)
del /f /q /a H taskmg.exe (enter)
there is where i found the virus. with that step is done...

sorry, i don't know speak in french but, i have the same problem since a few days ago, i think it was the nero program or the magic iso program but not.. can you write to my email if you solve the problem ??? there is not much information on the web about this problem

Mismo caso. Solo tengo que añadir que el proceso TASKMG.EXE se carga automáticamente luego de unos segundos, de modo que si se deja pasar mucho tiempo entre el momento en que se termina el proceso y se intentar eliminar el archivo, no se podrá eliminar ya que estará "en uso".
Lo que yo hice fue abrir la ventana de comandos y escribir el comando SIN pulsar Enter. Luego, termine el proceso en el Task Manager e INMEDIATAMENTE me pase a la ventana de comandos y pulsé Enter.
Ahora en inglés machucao para que le sirva a otras personas.
Same case here. I just want to add that TASKMG.EXE process will be automatically loaded again after a few seconds, so if you wait too long between killing the process and deleting the file, you will get an "access denied" error message.
What I did to avoid this was open a command window, write the DEL command but WITHOUT pressing Enter. Then, I went to Task Manager, killed TASKMG.EXE process and then, QUICKLY activated the command Windows and pressed ENTER.
