I’m at the beginning of season 4 of Black Butler,
SPOILER
But at the end of season 2, we learn that Ciel renounced being a demon because of the pact with Alois and Hannah and that he left the Phantomhive manor, leaving the servants behind. However, in season 4, he is still in the manor with his servants, etc., and he doesn’t have the demon eyes he had in season 2. Could you please explain this to me? (I didn't mention season 3 because it’s not important)

    Season 2 is a standalone series (not in the manga)
    And to be precise, starting from episode 15 of season 1 as well, and also during the episodes with Pluton.
