Opengl32.dll missing

Hello,
Since this evening, I can no longer play PUBG, supposedly the Opengl32.dll file is corrupted (I haven't done anything).
In the folder C:/windows/system32/Opengl32.dll
I re-downloaded a good one, but the problem is that I can't delete the bad one, nor can I copy-paste the new one into the folder, it says "access to the file denied".
Apparently, I need administrative rights, but I can't find them..
What should I do?
