Router reset

Hello,

My Maroc Telecom router has been reset and there is no internet.
On the auto diagnosis, it says pppoe dialup failed.
How can I fix this please, thank you.

    you need to configure it with your PPP identifier that you should have received by mail (identifier + password)
    Contact your ISP.
