Hello everyone,

I have a "strange" message that sometimes appears on my HP laptop.

In fact, it is connected to a docking station and from time to time it randomly "crashes" and shows me this message!

Any ideas?

Thank you in advance.

Hello,

You need to access the BIOS and check that:
  • the hard drive where Windows is installed is present
  • that it is first in the boot order (or Windows Boot Manager);

Here’s how to access the BIOS:

Hello,

Thank you, but the issue occurs during use!
So the laptop starts up fine, works well, and then randomly crashes and I get this message!

Strange, isn't it?

Ok, the PC is restarting, there’s a good chance it's a hardware issue and they might lose the hard drive along the way....
First, if you have important data, back it up.

~~

Check if a BIOS update is available:

~~

First, check the hard drive: How to check the health of the hard drive
With CrystalDiskInfo
- Download CrystalDiskInfo
The status must be blue, otherwise, it's not a good sign.
More explanations: CrystalDiskInfo: Check the health of the hard drive.

~~

To check your computer for possible infections and get a general condition of the system:

Follow the FRST tutorial by clicking on this blue link. ( take the time to read carefully - everything is well explained ).

Download and run the FRST scan,
Wait until the scan is complete, a message indicates that the analysis is finished.

Three FRST reports will be generated:
  • FRST.txt
  • Shortcut.
  • Additional.txt

Send these 3 reports to the site https://pjjoint.malekal.com/ and then provide the 3 pjjoint links to the reports here in a new response so we can consult them.

(The blue links lead to step-by-step explanatory tutorials, click on them for more precise instructions to follow).

OK, I'll try to do that as soon as possible.

However, the equipment is new, it would be a shame but it can happen.

I've also been told about a Virtualbox problem???
But I don't know what that is?

I don’t think so for Virtualbox.
In any case, I don’t see the connection.

I don't see the connection.
Virtualbox allows you to create virtual machines.
It has nothing to do with your problem.

Yeah, that's exactly what I thought!
Thank you.
