TCL Remote Control

Hello,
I have a new TCL 49dp600 TV but I can't use the remote control.
The TV is in store mode and I can't find any solution to connect the remote control to the TV and switch the TV mode.
I hope someone can help me.

      On recent models, remote controls are no longer infrared but often use infrared, Bluetooth or "WIFI," and a pairing is required between the remote control and the television before you can do anything.

      The problem is that the reference given does not correspond to any TV at TCL.

        Hello

        I also have a remote control issue after resetting my TV TC L 32 es 560. I have a remote control displayed on the screen with an invitation to press the home button and the arrow, but I can't do that, and consequently, I'm completely stuck in the menu.

        Can you please help me?
