Hello,
I just did an auto search to select the TV channels and 40 channels were found, but when I turn off the TV, I do not find the channels again; I find the first list that was made several years ago which was not satisfactory since I only had 20. Since then, I've added a TV amplifier. Can you please advise me?
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 79.0.3945.79

Hello,
Do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial configuration" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.

Good evening. Thank you for the tip. I tried, but I don't see how to do a reset. The brand of the television is Technical. It's a secondary set with great color and picture; it works quite well except for this detail. I will keep looking for a solution. Thank you again, and don't hesitate to let me know if you find a solution.
Hello
another lead:
Are you properly exiting the search procedure to memorize the channels?
(for example, by confirming with OK before exiting.)
It could be a defective non-volatile memory (or a backup battery if there is one), but that's unlikely.
What model/brand is this TV? How old is it?

Good evening, thank you for the information. I have validated with Ok, I have tried several times without success. I am still looking for a solution.
The TV is a Technical brand, the picture is beautiful and the colors are great. I installed it 5 years ago. It has kept in memory the "old" channels. There were few of them. I just installed an amplifier and I am picking up more channels with impeccable quality except for this memory issue. Perhaps the screen is defective?? Do not hesitate if you have a solution.
