Conversion from KB to MB

Hello,
For a personalized gift where I need to send a photo, I'm being told it must be at least 300 MB. The problem is most of my photos are barely 30 KB. How can I convert a single photo to meet the required size?

    Hello,

    30 kb for a photo is largely unusable and insufficient.
    No software can "invent" pixels that do not exist. Your photos are simply too small and unusable.
    This is not a matter of conversion but of quality and size.

    It would be surprising if they asked you to send a 300 MB photo
    You must be mistaking the unit
    Isn't it more likely to be 300 KB?

    Aside from that, yes, you can't do anything with a 30 KB photo
