Hello,
I need your help because I recently installed Bitdefender Internet Security 2020 (legally paid version) and while updating it, I noticed in the update details it says, "The following files have been downloaded." So when I looked, it said "Plugins/emalware.384" or "Plugins/e_spy.i15." Of course, there are many others, but thankfully this is not the only thing that was installed in the update.
So I'm wondering if this is "normal" and that these are simply files that will serve as "models" for the antivirus to detect real malware, or if it is simply an infection by my own antivirus, which would be unfortunate ????.
Thank you.

Hello,
These are the antivirus foundations that help it detect infections by comparison.
