      Thank you. I bought a universal remote control but of course it doesn't work with that brand. You have to open the package before realizing it. I hope to get a refund from my supermarket. Have a nice evening.

        never a universal one for exotic brands (rare) or sub-brands of well-known brands in the best case) the one I'm indicating to you is a replacement remote control, nothing to configure, at worst associate it with the TV (not sure) but that's it
        the blister being opened, I'm not sure of the return of your product, unless it is opened neatly and it's not noticeable, but it's such a hassle to open without cutting a finger that it's not easy!
