Good evening,
When I tried to restart my PC, a message popped up saying that RtlS5Wake prevented my PC from restarting. Could you tell me what that means?
Thank you

    Hello,

I am having issues with my brand new PC (I've had it for less than 2 weeks), and I've noticed that the RtlS5Wake program prevents shutdown every time. I have followed your instructions and here are my FRST, Addition, and Shortcut links.

Update the driver of your Realtek network card as I explained earlier, https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/48455-mettre-a-jour-ses-pilotes-gratuitement-avec-driverscloud only install the driver if it has a relevance of 5.

    Hello,
It looks more like a Realtek product than an infection.
Download FRST, once downloaded, put it on the desktop then open it, let it update if needed, then uncheck the registry box, you will have this:

Click on Analyze, at the end of the scan you will have two text files on the desktop FRST and Addition, send these reports to https://pjjoint.malekal.com/ see this tutorial paragraph Send the analysis reports to pjjoint, then provide the two links generated by Pjoint in your next message.

Hello, I have the same issue and I'm sending you my links:

    https://pjjoint.malekal.com/files.php?id=20200403_u5q13e11j14l14

However, is it normal for the scan to keep running and continue sending me files?
    Thank you

It's your network adapter driver that is out of date.
