Hello,

I started setting up the smartwatch for my son using the setracker2 app. Everything went well at first; I was able to register my number in his contacts, but now I can't connect the watch to the app. He can call me, and I can call him too. However, I can't adjust anything, not even the time... I always get the message in the app "the device is not networked." What can I do?

    I have exactly the same problem.
    (Jooksmart Watch, Android 7.0 on Samsung A5 2016)
