Invalid facebook link

Hello, after sending my ID to verify my Facebook account,
I received an email from Facebook to regain access to my account, but when I click the link in the email I get the following message: "Invalid link The link you followed is not valid. Please ensure you have copied the entire link correctly into your browser."
I even tried another method indicated in the email using a password received with the email, but it does not work,
what should I do?
