Hello, I have a blue circle that moves under my finger when I touch the screen of my Samsung A40. I would like to remove it, thank you.

Hello,
This blue circle is normal; it's the touch system. Assuming we could remove it (which seems impossible to me since it's part of the phone's design), removing it would make the touch function no longer work.
