Hello,
I have a total list of 136 names. This list consists of employees from different sites. I would like to create game teams by mixing the names. Thank you for your help.

It's very easy: You do it like for the draw for international competitions!
You put the 136 names on pieces of paper and place them in a hat, and you ask an innocent hand to pick the papers one by one.
The most complicated part is finding this innocent hand ...

Your question was cleverly (?) posed in the forum Leisure/Entertainment, and the word "list" could apply to PowerPoint, Word, Calc, Writer, so we could not possibly guess that you were talking about Excel!

No, there is no simple formula that can both mix names and extract name groups.
If you do not specify the number of people per team, if you do not indicate the criteria by which the teams are formed (men/women - multiple sites - etc.), we will have a hard time proposing a solution for you.
However, you are a regular on the Bureautique/Excel forum: you know that a problem can only be solved if we have enough data...
