Send a message to someone I have blocked on Messenger.

Hello

Is it possible to send a message to a person blocked on Messenger or do I need to unblock them first? The message is sent but does the person receive it?

    Welcome to the CCM forum.

    You first need to unblock this person in order to send them a message.
    If you send them a message while they are still blocked, they will not receive your message.
