Hello,
I bought a PixMax cutting plotter, but unfortunately, I am unable to get it to work with the ArtCut 2009 software. Can you help me?

Configuration: Macintosh / Safari 12.1

Are you sure that your plotter is supported by this software?

ArtCut is one of the software that also serves as a driver... If the plotter is not managed, it will not work.

Hello, I finally solved the problem... it was related to the COM port... it needed to be set to XON/XOFF.
