Cegid issue

Hello,

I'm trying to connect to my company's accounting system using the CEGID software, but I'm having trouble.

Whenever I attempt to log in, I get the error message Cegid application Launcher protocol secured "the cegidexpert application is not operational" please contact support.

Could someone help me? That would be great, thanks.

    I assume you have a maintenance contract with Cegid, so I suggest you contact them.
