Non-waterproof TV

Hello,
This morning, my daughter tried to use my START HD TV screen with a cloth soaked in water, and since then, there is a stain like a shadow on the left side of the screen that seems to be getting bigger. I need your help; what can I do to address this situation in order to avoid damaging my TV?

    Good evening everyone, I just did a little test, I turned on the TV, and I noticed that the water shadow in the corner of the TV has decreased compared to this morning. Does that mean it could completely disappear tomorrow, and if it's really good, will it still be necessary to take it to the store?

      It's normal for the water to dry ...
      It would be better to wait several days without turning it on to avoid short circuits (since some components remain under voltage for a certain period of time).
