Hello, I would like to share my problem with my laptop. It is a Packard Bell running Windows 8. When I turn it on, it says: "Packard Bell" and then "No Bootable Device." I press Enter and a blue message appears saying: "Default boot device missing or boot failed. Insert recovery media and hit any key then select 'boot manager' to choose a new boot device or to boot recovery media." I press Enter and a blue and white page appears with black and blue writing. It says: "Boot Option Menu
Legacy CD ROM
1. Unknown Device: Unknown Device:
Legacy Hard Drive
2. Unknown Device: Unknown Device:

I can choose between the two and then it shows the long message from the beginning. I don't know why this is happening. Please, can you help me?

    It's comprehensive.

Reset the BIOS settings to default.
