    Unless I'm mistaken, you need to be registered to contact moderation and in your case... that's no longer possible if you voluntarily unsubscribed or accidentally or due to a prolonged absence, possibly?

    Personally, I would re-register with a different username and once registered... you just need to contact moderation via the link provided for that purpose and ask the question.
