Delete Chrome data see this page.
If that isn’t enough you can also delete Google Chrome data by going to the phone settings then Applications.
Try this app it detects all apps that send pushes that flood the smartphone with ads; this will help you find the culprit(s).

Hello,

By going to the site page, the three vertical dots and the information "i" on the status bar, you then have access to the site's settings, and you can block and delete it.
