Good evening,
I have an "old" Windows Surface RT tablet (30GB - 1st generation).
It works very well, but for some reason, the hard drive is full even though there is nothing on it...
No applications, no files...
Updates are not installing.... (likely due to lack of space - 500MB)
I would like to reset it (factory settings), but the following message appears:
Problem during the reset of the computer
no changes have been made.
Search for solutions to this problem.
Close
Ps: when I click on search for solutions, nothing happens.
I don't know if you've encountered this problem before, but if you have a solution, I would be eternally grateful to you :)
