Sum multiple columns among others in a pivot table

Hello,

I would like to request your assistance.

I have a Pivot Table (see Dropbox link with anonymized metadata to ensure confidentiality)
and I would like to add 3 columns out of 5 or 6 depending on the applied sorting.

The problem is that these columns already contain a calculation, as they represent a percentage of the variable "total time".
To work around this issue, I added an external formula (which should never be done with a Pivot Table) to sum what I need, but now I cannot print my sheet without a lot of blank pages.

Does anyone have a solution that doesn't involve using a macro?

(Since the file is large, I will include the link to my Dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/s/3s1ggj463968d ... .xlsb?dl=0

Hello,

Still the same. Not in the form of a PivotTable.
You need to use new features that are incompatible with older versions.
In the 'PivotTable Tools / Calculations / Fields, Items, Sets' ribbon, you choose 'Calculated Field'.
You put a name and your formula below using the field list below.
It will create a new field that will be integrated into the PivotTable.

Hello Eriiic,

I have already tried it, but an error message appears mentioning that the pivot table is already based on a calculation.

Indeed, it is a percentage based on one of the variables (theoretical time).

Complicated...

Thank you for your help.

Have a nice day.

Not having 2019, I can't see the pivot table and its features.
I'll pass my turn.

I attempted to save it in Excel 97-2004 so that it would be compatible.

Well sorry, but for me it's still a 'normal' table.
As if you had copied and pasted your pivot table onto another sheet. Just data with no connection to the source.
