Hello,
I am stuck here; let me explain, I can no longer press on the GPS, the touchscreen is not responding anymore, so I cannot reset it directly on the GPS. I would like to know if I can do it via the computer, and how??

I tried to recalibrate it but without success

Hello,
If you have the small "reset" hole, press inside with a toothpick (when the GPS is on):
To answer the question, yes you can reset it, provided that you made a prior backup with the "tomtom home" software via the USB dock supplied with the tomtom...
The enemy is stupid: he thinks we are the enemy when it's actually him!
