Hello, I can't request a birth certificate because in the end I'm asked to copy a captcha code made up of 4 to 5 or more letters, but I can never write it correctly. Who could help me? Thank you.

Hello,

You must copy the characters of the Captcha code exactly as they are, taking into account lowercase and uppercase letters, as well as numbers.
