WAN Miniport missing

Hello,
I don't understand what's happening but I have a WIN 10 64x PC, and I can't start a VPN connection anymore. As soon as I create the connection, it doesn't launch, and under the network adapter it says "Unavailable - Device missing."
In the computer management, all the adapters have disappeared except for Intel Dual Port, Ethernet, and Wan Miniport (SSTP).
I tried reinstalling the adapter or updating it via mydrivers but there were no changes.
When I reset the network settings, they reappear in the computer management but disappear right after.
Could you please help me?
