Hello, I have a problem with the television, there's a flashing box in the top left corner (factory mode P) and I can't make it go away
if someone has the solution to this problem, it would be nice to share it with me

    Hello,
    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power plug, wait five minutes and plug them back in.
    If that doesn’t work and if you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "restore factory settings" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings.
