Hello, I won 500 euros in cash and my tobacconist asked me for my bank account details for a FDJ transfer. It was done on Thursday, October 4, 2018, and to this day, I still haven't received anything. Waiting for a response, thank you in advance.

Knowing that we need to count in business days and that it's only the following Monday... it only accounts for Friday and today, which isn't over yet...

Maybe we should be a bit patient and wait a few days? It takes a few days for the amount to arrive... So, by the time the documents are processed and the payment is made... ;-)
