Hello, this is the first time I’m using this kind of site. But I don't know what to do about my computer.
My laptop is a Packard Bell. Windows 10. Suddenly, while using a secure site, a blue screen appeared with the message: " :( your computer has encountered a problem and needs to restart." After several restarts, a new message appeared stating that the problem could not be resolved. I followed a tutorial on YouTube in the hope of fixing this issue. In this tutorial, it was indicated to recover data from a backup of the computer. After clicking, my computer displayed the message no bootable device. Since then, I've tried everything: "f10, f2, f11, bios, ctrl alt del, but nothing works. I tried to restore to factory settings without success. Not having a CD or USB stick, I hope that a solution I don't know about exists.

All steps are provided from A to Z with tips at the end to secure Windows 10.
From a functional computer:- You download the Windows 10 installation ISO: https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows10 (other download methods: https://www.malekal.com/telecharger-iso-windows/ ).
- Create the installation media with Media Creation Tool, more information: https://www.malekal.com/windows-10-media-creation-tool/
On the crashed computer:- Boot from it by changing the boot sequence and indicating the USB key or DVD: How to boot the computer from USB key
If the key does not work, try making another one with Rufus: how to download Rufus - see this tutorial for details: how to create a Windows installation USB key- Let yourself be guided to install Windows 10.
- Choose custom (not upgrade)
- During the partition phase, select the main partition and click next.
- The installer will tell you that Windows is already present and offers to move it.
- Follow the Windows installation procedure using the tutorial above.
Just don't format.
Your user data will be copied to the Windows.old folder.
