Spacing Characters / Letters with Google Docs

Hello,
I'm using Google Docs as a word processor and I can't find the function that allows me to space or condense the letters of the same word (or even the words between them). Does it even exist?

    I have the same problem and I feel like this function doesn't exist. If someone could confirm or deny it, that would be great!
