Hello,
on EasyPHP, I clicked on +add directory and I end up on a page where there is:
1- working directory name
2- path to the working directory
the problem is that I don't know if I should put the address of the folder containing phpMyAdmin or the address of the folder containing my work (my source codes, php,...)
Thank you.

Hello,
the folder containing the sources of your sites... your "working" directory
See the official documentation:
https://www.easyphp.org/documentation/devserver/setup-your-environment.php
"WORKING DIRECTORIES"
Create the folder in which you want to store your files. This folder can be anywhere on your computer (drive C:, D:...).
Open the Dashboard with your browser (http://127.0.0.1:1111), click on + add directory
Fill the fields, click on save and wait a few seconds (servers need to restart if they were running).
Now, you can open your files with your browser through the Dashboard (Working Directories section).
