Is it possible for a person's status to be seen ... while they are not checking Viber?

Well, I no longer see "delivered" when I send a message and "seen" when my contact has read my message, and it bothers me.

since this morning on my iPad, the "seen" symbol no longer appears as before in the body of the text next to the time of sending; but only two small lines and even the "distributed" mention no longer appears either?
What is this new symbol? I'm not talking about the mention that displays under the contact's name at the top

Hello Lola,

The "seen" status only appears if the person checks their messages. If they receive a message without checking it, the "Delivered" status will appear.

  Maybe I'm wrong, but in my opinion, seeing the notification or having the app running in the background will be considered as Viewed for Viber.

I believe there is a small black v for delivered, 2 for distributed, and blue when read - the message -

Personally, I don't like this change that occurred with the new Viber application because on my computers I can hardly see when the small Vs are black, gray, or blue
We need to ask Viber to change and improve this; it was much better before with distributed and READ

    As long as the message has not been received by the recipient, it will remain delivered. If you are blocked, the message will not be distributed and will therefore remain delivered.
