Hello,

I work with Word 2013.
When I try to select text, the highlighting that should be slightly bluish turns black, opaque and the text becomes white.
The other Office programs do not have this problem.
I have already tried resetting Word by deleting the key from the registry (HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Office/15.0/Word)

I really don't know what to do anymore. And it's really annoying.

Can you help me get back to normal display?
Thank you very much

    Hello Tim1512

    Try this on Word 2013

    - Page Layout > then click on the small cursor on the right
    in the "Page Setup" section.
    - A small "Page Setup" table will appear, click on "Layout"
    - Then at the bottom right click on "Borders" which opens a table titled "Borders and Shading"
    - Click on "Shading" and adjust the sections:
    "Fill and Shading"
NOTE - For your information on Word 2013 I have:
    Fill: no color
    Shading
    Style: transparent
    Color: Automatic

Good luck and have a great week

      Hello

      Thank you for the information.
But it's not an issue of layout, color, patterns, or borders.
It's really a selection problem. (When you click on the text, and move the mouse to one side to select your text) and at that moment, the highlighting does not turn gray or slightly blue, but black and opaque.
It's probably a settings issue or something else, but in any case, it's not related to the layout.

      Thanks anyway.
