Hello, I installed all the Creative Inspire T6100 5.1 speakers on my Medion PC which is running Vista 32, making sure to connect the plugs in the right place (on the sound card with surround system - color-coded plugs: green, black, and orange) but when I try to listen to a file, for example with Windows Media Player, I have no sound!! What should I do please (I'm a beginner)?????????? Thanks a lot, see you soon
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

I have 5.1 speakers, the T-5900, they sound great... For your problem, there's a software called MIXER, if you contact me again, I can send it to you, it's really simple; in the options, you need to activate 5.1 and then everything should be fine. After that, in the control panel, go to sound settings with the volume, go to advanced, and choose a 5.1 speaker option with surround effect. For me, it's easy, I connect a bit to the speakers. Anyway, hope I helped you a lot... kisses!
I bought the Home Inspire T6100
The problem I have is that there are three cables to connect: one green, one orange, and one black, and on my computer, I have 6 ports where I can plug them in, but no matter what I do, only one of the 6 ports makes part of my home work at a time, so I can’t get all of my home to function
I’m not good at electronics, so tell me if an adapter exists or something else
(my computer is fully assembled)

Hi, I connected my Creative SBS Vivid 60 speakers to my computer, which is a Trust Windows XP, but it doesn't recognize them. When I try to listen to a file using Windows Media Player, it doesn't work. I need help, please.
For all speaker issues, before purchasing a kit, you need to know what outputs your computer has. The colors are standardized, which means
Green: front pair
Pink: Microphone
Blue: Line In
If there are more than three jacks, you are dealing with 5.1 or 7.1
Black: Rear pair
Orange: Center channel
Light gray: side pair (not to be confused with the rear pair) (7.1)
Then, you need to go into the speaker settings on your computer (Control Panel>Sound) and choose the appropriate speaker type.
As for the Creative T6100, the two front speakers are wideband type.
Once that's done, settle into your chair and enjoy!
