Inquiry about Harrow remote control

I have a Harrow brand TV, I lost the remote control so I ordered a Harrow remote on eBay and it refuses to turn on the TV even though the remote turns on another TV I have which is a Toshiba! What should I do? Can someone help me? Thank you
