Hello,
I have a Harrow brand TV, I lost the remote control so I ordered a Harrow remote on eBay and it refuses to turn on the TV even though the remote turns on another TV I have which is a Toshiba! What should I do? Can someone help me? Thank you

it is likely that the remote control is not the right one
there are several Harrow TVs...
what is the model of your TV? and what is the model of the chosen remote control?
