I lost my lockit app following a reinstallation of my tablet, please help me recover my photos.

    I have also just lost all the documents and photos I had stored in the LOCkit app overnight!

    Despite my follow-ups with the site, there has been no response or explanation.

    I have a smartphone and all the other apps are working.

    I suspect LOCkit has done an update because the layout and presentation are completely new, except it says:

    Photos videos = 0

    This is definitely not a loss of my access...

    Everything has disappeared... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

    Hello,

    If the photos are password protected and the password is only written in the "vault" app, it's impossible ;) or contrary to the CCM policy.

    But lockit is not lost ^^

    reinstallation ????

    A Reset (reset/return to zero)?
